Powder
Two storms in the past few days have left upward of half a meter of fresh snow. With wide-open off-piste terrain, powder days are great in the Andes! Storm by storm bases continue to inch closer to mid-winter levels. While conditions are already very good, just one more major storm should get resorts at 100% operation. El Colorado Debuts Lift
The Three Valleys resort, El Colorado, opens for the first time in 2009 a t-bar on the Cono Este side of the mountain. The lift has a length of 1200 meters and a vertical drop of almost 300 meters. It will primarily serve intermediate terrain on 7 new trails.
